4.0.1 Fishing Changes

With patch 4.0.1:

Fishing (cast) spell icon and skill moves to the new Professions tab of the Spellbook.
Easier fishing training: Only level 5 is required, and all trainers teach all the ranks available to you.
Weather-Beaten Fishing Hat (and Northrend daily poles) have no level requirement [maybe a bug].

Most Cataclysm changes are not in patch 4.0.1.
