From the patch notes:
- With 300+ cooking, chance to find a Waterlogged Recipe in the Bag of Fishing Treasures. Turn in for several Dalaran Cooking Rewards. Can be traded. (More ways to make money from doing the Fishing Daily)
- Blackened Dragonfin only requires 1 fish to cook instead of 2 Dragonfin Angelfish.
This is still in testing and changes could still occur.
